| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I find it fair because of the economic and social benefits of growth to a larger region, because we are often transferring costs once borne by society at large (and which we who are older did not have to pay for our homes) to our children and because mitigation and impact fees now include a wide array of costs that I believe are particularly the province of the wider society.
