  • I still use some grains, such as rice, millet and quinoa, but I find I use less and less of them on a regular basis.I use a bread mix that, aside from some rice flour, is made up of soy and fava bean flour and tapioca flour.It is yummy.Sorry Jeff, didn't mean to hijack your thread.
