| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Section 12J of chapter 112 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out subsections (a) I and (a) II and inserting in place thereof the following 2 subsections:- (a) I. No person shall use any live human fetus whether before or after expulsion from its mother's womb, for scientific, laboratory, research or other experimentation.
