| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Assignees and/or Subcontractors of Alarm Co: Texstar Alarm Systems shall have the right to assign this Agreement in whole or in part to any other person, firm, or corporation and shall have the further right to subcontract any surveillance, monitoring, maintenance, emergency response, or other services which it may be required to perform hereunder.
