| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Yes it would be nice to just be able to talk and work it out between you but some landlords do not listen or they become revengeful if you say anything such as please do not enter my yard anymore so it is nice to know you have the law behind you if it should turn into a big deal.
