Contessa July 12, 2013 at 3:53 pm Everyone???s right, it???s not illegal to ASK, just to make the decision based on it (which is kind of weird to me, because pregnancy-related things can be disabilities under the ADA, and it is illegal to ask about disabilities before there is an offer???but no one ever claimed our laws are consistent and make sense).
