| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (2) When a licence to open a private market or private slaughter-house is granted or refused or is suspended or cancelled, the local government shall cause a notice of the grant, refusal, suspension or cancellation to be pasted in Urdu and in such other language or languages as it thinks necessary, at some conspicuous place nearby the entrance of the place to which the notice relates.
