| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I did read through the terms pretty carefully, and even though I have agreed that the board can decide my test results are invalid, even if they do not think I did anything wrong, I did notice that that particular clause does not say anything about my needing to pay to retake the exam under those circumstances.
