  • No thanks, no smiles, no nothing but despotic attitude from personnel at the front desk.On the good side, other personnel such as cleaning people and waiters were very nice and showed more education by far.The rooms were clean, ample, and very comfortable.I will give this hotel a 3 which would otherwise be a 5 if the personnel at the front desk would be better trained to treat people.--Cecilia.
