| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - No one in this thread is saying that trains are an alternative to runway expansion at LHR, in fact I think what Slinky is saying is rail approval and completion can be finished faster and form a short term solution to release the capacity needed to start serving the far-east and other emerging markets, until the major works of the expansion are completed.
