| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - op, but handling wise, i think when you are in the snow, 4H is a good idea. even though most highways do well at keeping the snow off of the road, when the outside of your lane have snow around them and you catch a tire on either side, you are gonna like the fact that you are in 4H and not 2w. people can choose to drive how they like, just realize you are responsible for your actions, and your actions
