| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I mean it would be great to be able to track sex offenders better, but when the current police departments do not even have the manpower to be able to apprehend people that already have outstanding arrest warrants what good are these programs going to do, except cost police departments more money and man hours that they do not have?
