| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (10) The director may revise or rescind movement restrictions and other requirements described in subsection (8), pursuant to this section, and any revision or revocation of such movement restrictions or other requirements shall comply with the procedure set forth in subsection (9) unless the revision does not alter the boundary of a previously established zone.
