| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - the main point is that people are jerks. i run into this type of crap all of the time, especially at work. people like that are always looking to screw you out of as much as they can. they have champagne tastes and beer budgets. the best way to deal with them is do not negotiate b/c they are just trying to screw you over.
