| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - So for me it is more of a compact highlighter to be applied on top of my BB cream or foundation for that extra glow.I just spread it evenly with the sponge provided (and there is a 2nd one in the package, too).As I said above it does not really cover a lot and the color is very very pale but since it is sheer it blends nicely over my BB Cream or foundation.It has a creamy texture but it is not greasy
