| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I confess I have thought, in passing, when reading about police issuing a halt order to a person whom they thought was a threat, but turned out to be another innocent holding a cell phone or a wallet in a "suspicious" manner, how careful my son is going to have to be, especially entering his teen years, when he can not even hear a police officer issuing a lawful order to halt.
