| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - 51 (1) The police complaint commissioner may appoint, in accordance with the Public Service Act and regulations, if any, made under section 184 (2) (b) [regulations under Parts 9 and 11] of this Act, one or more deputy police complaint commissioners and other employees necessary for exercising the powers and performing the duties of the police complaint commissioner under this Act.
