Be used (there are clearly marks that appear to be from going in and out of a GBA on the cartridge that confirm it has been used- such marks could not result from shipping) B. And most concerning, is the manual is only 10 pages long and in those pages there are references to pages 23, 34 and 35...so obviously the manual is a fake.
