| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - THE DEFENCE: There is a need to protect those who would not identify to speaking directly with the police or other such initiatives.THE ALIENATION: I dont like the signs, I feel it alienates alot of people who could quite easily speak english and sit down with the local policeman to discuss concerns.
