| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - The plan will not be useful at all to suss out weak teachers in advanced classes, weak math teaching in schools where kids get tutored at home, or other similar cases.What I suspect might happen is that some kids, especially middle and high school kids, will figure this out and get low scores on purpose to try to spite teachers they do not like or do not think are doing a good job.
