| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (b) Without prejudice to the Licensee's rights to initiate legal proceedings against any consumer or person found to be committing any of the offences mentioned under sub-item (a) above, the Licensee shall be entitled to disconnect the supply of a consumer or person and to recover from him such charges as are assessed by the Licensee as provided for under item No. 11 of Part II of these Conditions
