  • Obviously, there is a big difference between refined and unrefined ??? the unrefined being wholemeal/wholewheat versions of things that are generally much better for you, take longer to digest and are much more filling than white ???refined??? carbs, but carbohydrates should definitely be included in a healthy diet.
