| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - But REF wont' rear its ugly head again until 2020, meaning that I could 'embargo' my work for 60 months at which point it would be permanently Open Access as of REF submission day.I am not sure about the logistics here, but it seems to me that these history journals have about 3 years to actually get on board with OA before their authors are in any sort of trouble.
