| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - In general it should not be a problem except for very low lying areas that are known to be flood prone (the 1974 flood levels are well known and it is easy enough to find maps) but I guess that is cold comfort if you live in those areas (I will not comment on why you would live in those areas, flood levels are one of the first things I checked when I bought a house).
