| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I have been following her as an inspiration since about October and although her use of ???real-food??? and ???processed food??? doesn???t sit with me well (since cooking is a form of processing) I find using her rules of no manufactured foods, no grains unless they say ???whole grains??? and learning how to read labels has become extremely helpful.
