| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Reply 6 November 2012 at 8:03 pm familoo I think that Local Authorities and other agencies are getting better at recognising emotional abuse, and I have dealt with a number of cases in the last few years where care proceedings have been brought arising from protracted conflict in the context of parental separation where the threshold depended entirely upon emotional harm.
