| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - If any Councilman shall, during his term of office, lose his residence in said Town, or his citizenship in the State of Delaware, or be found guilty of any crime or misdemeanor other than minor traffic violations, he shall forthwith be disqualified to act as a Member of Council, and his office shall be deemed vacant and shall he filled by Council, as aforesaid.
