| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (a) In any plan offered other than an HMO, an employee who is the spouse or eligible domestic or civil union partner of another employee may elect to forego coverage as an employee and to be enrolled for coverage as a dependent, in which event no coverage shall be provided for such spouse or eligible partner as an employee while covered as a dependent.
