| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I quizzed them further about A/V failures, and if the A/V going out is one of the normal failure repairs that they would see & they told me no, that it always happens only whenever somebody's either juggling the console & drops it, or while it is being shipped in transit, such as in my case.
