| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Some of the reading I have done, just recently, on the evolution of this kind of a project in Richmond, it appears that there was a time, I believe in the early 30s or 40s, when the African American community was very vocal about the location of some of the public housing that was proposed, and actually was able to block some of it.
