| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Looking back, I had 2 truly bad days - on Friday there was an event at our shul that involved eating unplanned food and then Sat we had relatives visit from New York and again there was EATING. At the end of the weekend I was actually up 3.2lbs!
