| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (d) If in the judgment of the Utilities Field Operations Manager of the Maintenance and Service Division any leak is of such magnitude or location as to constitute or create a hazard to public safety, or a threat of damage to public or private property, he shall order the water service discontinued immediately until the proper repairs have been completed.
