| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - And letting them out after serving 25% of their time is an affront to the law-abiding public.I would really like to hope that social values (or at least obedience of the law) could be instilled into offenders, but would be prepared to pay more taxes simply to know that they were incarcerated & off the streets.
