| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - d in 2 games, playing a 1741 opponent with no more tiles & no way to make up the pts., go to forfeit & nothing happens. do opponents have the right to refuse a forfeit from their opponent?? if there is a forfeit when they are ahead...do they get a win? do they not get points on a forfeit? does anyone know? thanx.
