| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I have no idea what this hole is for but I can tell you if the plug is missing or there is some sort of hole or cut in this large ribbed hose then there will be an unpleasant almost plastic chemical smell when ever the blower is on drawing outside air into car.
