| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Yep, she was one that I would bet had a fair amount of singing/performing experience.A lot of kids are not into their full voice at 16 (a few are) but it would be really rare to have one's talent at that level (at any age) that well developed without some sort of training or experience.
