  • Torbj??rn Larsson: From what I understand it is actually better to say that the singularity is a property of the equations. (For example, f(x) = 1/x has a singularity at x = 0.) Hence the idea that ???the laws of physics break down at the singularity??? is nonsense ??? rather our understanding breaks down and we should look for a more comprehensive theory.
