| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - As part of the city's plan to redevelop west 3rd Street, city planners are gearing up 2nd Street to handle the extra traffic that will redirect there as a result. 2nd Street, from IN-37 to Walker Avenue, will get narrowed lanes, new green space, and turning and pull-over lanes for buses and trucks and other traffic plus upgraded traffic signals at intersections.
