| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I see videos of animals being neglected and abused in places where they should find refuge.That???s what the word shelter means, but in some places, it is nothing more than a word that covers up what they really are ??? horrible places where their number one mission is disposing of animals, including healthy, friendly adoptable ones, primarily by murdering them.
