| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I believe that one state I think it was Mississippi, for years didn't have any divorce, you have maybe in South Carolina, one of those states had to get a special act of the state legislature to have a divorce, and I do not know that anybody ever attacked that situation from a constitutional point of view, and of course it was good many years ago.
