| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - November 22, 2011 If you do this method directly in the sink be sure to clean clean clean the sink as the juices from the poultry can leak out and stay on the sink etc. this is bad bacteria and needs to be cleaned with bleach and/or disinfectant especially for poultry .
