He benefited soooo much from playing next to Kobe and under Phil, yet he showed/shows zero appreciation for it, nobody knew who he was before coming here and he was forgotten when he left, he is the ultimate example of how Kobe does make teammates better and how Phil gets more out of players than almost anyone else.
