| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I do not know much about this because I do not usually add anything other than salt into my aquarium water, but from what you have said, it sounds like the electrolytes in the fish may have been leeched out by the RO water and he may have ended up absorbing too much pure water which could have caused cell damage since RO water is hypertonic.
