  • The vinegar is a quite a bit different to ACV because when you shake up the bottle the CNV turns a dense dark brown because it has a much higher amount of mother particles in it(you can not see through the bottle) -- and that is probably the reason why it is so high in aminos(contains 17 amino acids for the body).
