| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Whereas in the past most of the conferences held were either partisan, both in theme and scope or outright exclusionary, which serve no purpose other than photo ops, the NCDC has a grass roots feel to it ??? a real promising event which the exclusionists will find very hard to ignore in future meetings and events.
