| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I do not think that people seek to punish when a) the error or injury was an honest mistake that did not result from negligence or poor practices, and b) the institutions and individuals involved step up to take responsibility and c) deal fairly with victims in terms of restitution and ALSO demonstrate what steps they are taking to prevent such harms to future patients.
