http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I do not add anything except the apples (we like to use just Fuji apples =) Once the apples break apart easily, I run it through an emulsion blender than let it set in a fine mesh colander with a few layers of cheesecloth to filter out all that yummy juice (we like our applesauce REALLY thick) and than I make apple jelly with the leftover juice.
