| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I don???t know for sure, but here???s my theory: There is a school nearby (behind the park on the right side of the photo) so I would guess that in addition to encouraging cycling, the city wanted to slow traffic in that area by reducing the number of car lanes.
