| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - The system is a bit of a mess, and they have very little to work with as far as materials go, but they certainly are desperate to get educated.Personally, I think we would have a much better return on our investment if we took the money we are spending in Iraq and put it into building schools and providing learning materials in Pakistan, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Palestine.
