| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - from my calculations its a loopback, if you run a firewall, such as Zonealarm (which is free to d/load btw) then ALLOW the connection to the IP address (zonealarm will ask you if you want to allow it) then it will work without problems, i just cant find WHERE in windows settings to allow this IP access...
